Tesla Collision Center

About
The Tesla Collision Center in Dublin, Ohio is a large-scale adaptive reuse project that transformed a former Value City Furniture building into a modern, high-capacity 110,000-square-foot Tesla Collision Center. Strategically located just off the highway on Britton Parkway, the facility offers excellent access and visibility within a major retail and employment corridor.
Situated directly across from The Mall at Tuttle Crossing, the site benefits from strong regional traffic and proximity to established commercial anchors. The redevelopment required overcoming challenges associated with an aging and complex roof structure, which were successfully addressed to deliver a state-of-the-art facility aligned with Tesla’s operational standards.
The project also faced zoning and political challenges, navigating a demanding approval process. Through effective coordination and execution, the development team secured approvals and delivered the project on time—demonstrating the ability to perform even in a challenging regulatory environment.
What Makes This Project Special
This facility serves as one of the largest Tesla Collision Centers in the region and functions as a key distribution and service hub for the City of Dublin. Its scale, strategic location, and successful navigation of regulatory and construction challenges make it a standout industrial-retail hybrid asset.
