Steve has more than 30 years of real estate development experience and has led over 100 projects nationwide, totaling more than $600 million before founding KDP in 2009. He holds a BA from the University of Illinois and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University. Steve has long-term relationships with major retailers such as Lowes, Starbucks, Kohls, and Best Buy.

Collin is a Clemson graduate with a background in brokerage and a focus on entitlement and acquisition. He brings strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of property research and zoning considerations, and a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
