Steve has more than 30 years of real estate development experience and has led over 100 projects nationwide, totaling more than $600 million before founding KDP in 2009. He holds a BA from the University of Illinois and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University. Steve has long-term relationships with major retailers such as Lowes, Starbucks, Kohls, and Best Buy.

Collin Panko
Collin is a Clemson graduate with a background in brokerage and a focus on entitlement and acquisition. He brings strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of property research and zoning considerations, and a practical, solutions-oriented approach. Collin is committed to continuing to build his expertise while supporting projects with professionalism and reliability.
Associate
Chris has more than 25 years of experience in retail development, leasing, and asset management for institutional and corporate owners. He has overseen portfolios totaling more than 4.7 million square feet and closed 120+ leases representing nearly $50 million in value. Chris has held leadership roles including VP of Leasing & Development at Capstone Advisors, Partner at Clarion Consulting, and development lead at Fountainhead Development. He has represented major national retailers such as Rite Aid, Albertsons, Safeway, and Vons, and spent 14 years with Lewis Group of Companies managing large-scale retail projects across California.
